Tanzanian 1980born multi - instrumentalists, composer, songwriter and dancer Kasheshi Leonard Makena, grew up between two worlds: his family’s deep ties to Christian music enclosed by Tanzanian traditional music. Makena’s music derived from Tanzania traditional music, while the subjects of his compositions reflect everyday life. His current single Ahe mama is a significant way of how Makena deals with daily life activities.
